Exploring the neighborhood around the Millennium Hilton Bangkok Hotel

I love exploring new areas around Thailand. I also love revisiting areas in my own backyard from a new perspective. The best way to do this is to stay in a hotel even if it isn’t far from your home. This way you get to see the area from dawn to dusk. I often get invites from hotels to come and stay. I usually turn most of them down as I don’t do hotel reviews and I don’t want anything overly commercial on my website. However, I do sometimes take up their offer if it looks like a good hotel and that I want to explore the area or attend a nearby event. But I always make it clear that I must be under no obligation to write anything about the hotel or even mention it on social media. The city has one of my favorite riverside communities. Last year, I came here for their Christmas festivities. Click here for my Live Photo blog. The following photos were posted live on social media during the trip.
